Today we enjoyed a fabulous hike up Neff's Canyon in Salt Lake City. It was an impromptu adventure that turned out to be so much fun! We arrived in Salt Lake yesterday and the weather was great - little did we know it had just snowed the day before we arrived! The snow melting off the mountains made the hike we went on that much better because the river that the hike followed was flowing with lots of water. The hike not only had beautiful water ways, but great views of the city and the surrounding mountain ranges. We ate some delicious vegan "egg" salad sandwiches for lunch once we reached the meadow and then headed back down.
